Mentoring Services — Terms of Service
This Consulting Services Agreement ("Agreement") is effective as of [Date], entered into by and between Janta Tech LLC ("Consultant") and ("Client").
During the provision of services, Clients may access confidential and proprietary information from the consultants. Clients commits to maintaining the confidentiality of such information and agrees not to disclose it to any third party without the prior written consent of the consultant.
Client acknowledges that Consultant is not a licensed attorney, and the services provided do not constitute legal advice. Consultant will not provide legal advice or engage in the unauthorized practice of law. The Client is solely responsible for seeking legal counsel from a licensed attorney.
The services provided by Consultant are advisory, and Consultant makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, concerning the services, including but not limited to any warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Both parties affirm that Consultant is an independent contractor. This Agreement does not establish a partnership, joint venture, agency, or employer-employee relationship between the parties.
The Client acknowledges that Consultant does not guarantee specific results from the services provided under this Agreement.
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties, supplanting all prior written or oral agreements relating to the subject matter herein.
The Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Virginia, without consideration of its conflicts of law principles.
This Agreement may be executed in counterparts, each considered an original, and collectively forming one and the same instrument.
Any formal notices or communications required under this Agreement must be in writing and are deemed delivered when hand-delivered or three (3) days after being sent by certified mail, return receipt requested, postage prepaid, to the addresses provided below.
To request a refund, clients must submit their cancellation request a day after first session. Refund should be requested in written. We will issue 100% of the fee.
